About
Our Nuts & Bolts Conference is aptly named as we cover a lot of areas that perhaps
weren’t covered at your university.
We like to have art directors, artist reps and lawyers in addition to illustrators who
cover areas like how to move from illustration to galleries, setting up a brick-and-mortar shop,
entering the comics field, and the nitty-gritty of running a business.
Each presentation is 20-minutes, with 10-minutes for Q&A. Our speakers are also invited
to our after-event gathering so you’ll have time to ask even more,
as well as socialize with fellow illustrators.
